The Full Schedule Grid (/r/[id]/schedule) provides a complete matrix view of your entire event schedule across all spaces and time slots.
When to Use the Full Schedule View
While the Main Display highlights immediate "NOW" and "NEXT" matches, the Full Schedule View lets participants look ahead hours or days into the future to see:
- Full daily timetable.
- All scheduled matches across all courts.
- Search and filter by player name, division, or space.

- Multi-Column Matrix: Columns organize spaces, while rows break down time slots.
- Mobile-Optimized Layout: Automatically collapses into a sleek mobile list view when scanned on iOS or Android smartphones.
- Instant Search / Highlight: Spectators can filter by player name to quickly locate scheduled court times.
- Live Status Indicators: Matches marked as In Progress, Upcoming, or Completed.
Deploying via Spectator QR Codes
- Print QR codes generated from the Output Links modal.
- Post printed QR code posters around spectator seating, refreshment areas, and tournament control desks.
- Attendees scan the QR code with their mobile phone cameras to view the live schedule without needing to create an account or download an app.
